Holidays and work life balance

Coming back from a holiday fully refreshed and not stressed about the mountain of tasks waiting to be resolved is definitely a crucial part of (every)one's work-life balance. One way is to have a team, or at least one VA, to deal with this; another way is to have a good tech stack with capable customer support, or ideally a combination of both.
